I cannot recommend Beata highly enough. We met at a random listing of hers and I trusted my gut and hired her. She worked tirelessly for us; showing us multiple houses a week, encouraging us just to "trust the process" and never pressuring us to make decisions we were not ready to. She was able to provide us with neighborhood statistics and comps to help us make an informed decision and recommended tradesman to help us with our move. Beata earns even more bonus points she walked our pup when it was too hot for our dog to stay in the car while we wandered into houses!!!

Beata has been our agent on 4 transactions (2 buys and 2 sells) in the past 6 years. Each time she took care to get to know the market, consider the timing, little details, strategized to maximize our value when selling and minimize our purchase price on the two buys. The buys were both made during red hot markets. First one we were able to out maneuver 6 offers and make our stand out and get the deal.
